Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to delete your Pocket Links account and data. Pocket Links is developed by NoFutureApps.
Delete your Pocket Links account and all data on our servers
You only have a Pocket Links account if you signed in with Google in the app. Deleting it removes your account and everything stored on our servers.
In the app:
- Open Pocket Links
- Go to Profile → Pocket Links Pro
- Tap your account card, then Manage account → Delete account
- Confirm the deletion — your account and server data are erased immediately
If you have already uninstalled the app:
- Email nofutureapps@gmail.com from the Google account you used in Pocket Links
- Use the subject "Delete my account"
- We complete such requests within 30 days
What is deleted:
- Your account record — email address, name, and account identifier
- Your authentication tokens and subscription record
- All links, folders, tags and settings stored on our servers
What is kept:
- Links saved on your device stay there until you uninstall the app or clear its data (see "Delete Local App Data" below)
- Google Drive backups stay in your own Drive until you remove them (see below)
- Crash and usage diagnostics that are not linked to your account — analytics events are kept for 2 months, user-level analytics data for up to 14 months, and crash reports for about 90 days
Note: deleting your account does not cancel your Pocket Links Pro subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play → Subscriptions. If a subscription simply expires, data on our servers is kept for 30 days so you can resume without data loss, and is then deleted automatically.
Delete individual data without deleting your account
- Delete any link, folder or tag in the app at any time
- With an active Pocket Links Pro subscription, deleted items are removed from our servers as well and permanently purged within 5 days
- To request deletion of specific data another way, email nofutureapps@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days
